Mapping your emotions
For this month’s exercise using creativity as a tool to support your emotional wellbeing, I want to introduce you to the concept of an emotional map.
I love this exercise, because it gives you time and space to think about what brings you joy, what stresses you out, how you feel at your best and your worst, and how you can nurture the former and reduce the latter.
